Sponsored Silence for RNLI
All of the boys and girls in school have managed to keep SILENT during school today. It was more difficult for some than others! It was all for an extremely good cause, the RNLI. Sponsorship money is starting to come in and we thank all those who have made a donation. The RNLI is a voluntary organisation and its volunteers work tirelessly and in often extremely difficult circumstances to ensure that we are kept safe at the beach and in the sea. We look forward to presenting a cheque later this term to a representative from the RNLI. Thank-you to our school council for choosing such a worthwhile cause. Photographs to follow later.
