Roots of Empathy - Theme - Sleep
In Roots of Empathy, one of the themes we study is sleep. In a recent visit from baby Noah and his Mummy, we learnt all about baby Noah's sleep routines and patterns and we have enjoyed finding out about what we were like as babies. Some people brought in their teddies, blankets and comforters that they had when they were little. Our parents and grandparents helped to teach us about what we were like. Some of us were great sleepers, while others fought sleep and were almost ready for P1 before we slept through the night. We enjoyed this topic. It was lovely to see baby Noah in class again. He is getting so big. He is now able to sit up all by himself and he enjoys holding on to his Mummy's hand and walking along. Perhaps he will be walking on his own, before the end of our Roots of Empathy work.
