P6 have been taking part in the Brennan’s ‘Dough It Yourself’ Challenge. The children had to turn leftover bread into delicious dishes, promoting sustainability and creativity. Today, the children made: Bread Kaja, Bread and Butter Pudding and Garlic Bread Pasta Torte. The children worked really hard in their groups to produce these three dishes and were very happy to try their lovely food.
