On Wednesday 27th April, The School council, Eco-council, Rights Respecting Steering group and Playground friends visited the Parliament Buildings of Stormont. This trip was arranged as a big 'thank-you' from Mrs Clarke and all the staff, for all the hard work and dedication these groups give to their organisations throughout the year. During their visit to Stormont the children were taken on a tour around the parliament building; learned about the history of the building and its contents; held their own debate in the Chamber on whether or not children should wear uniform; and participated in their own election!
