NSPCC School Visit
Primary 1-4 boys and girls attended a special assembly this week which was lead by two members of the NSPCC. We were introduced to Buddy, who taught us about the importance of speaking out to stay safe. Buddy taught us the Childline number, which is 0800 1111. We were all able to tell our visitors who the trusted adults are in school and also those people we can speak to at home if we are worried about anything. The boys and girls from P5-7 had a separate assembly and workshop focusing on speaking out and staying safe. We enjoyed the talks and are delighted to be supporting the work of the charity NSPCC with our Harvest Service this year. The UNCR reminds us that 'Every child has the right to feel safe...'
