Mrs Moore's Class Assembly Friday 24th February
This morning Mrs Moore's class entertained us all with their class assembly. We were delighted to see so many parents and grandparents in school to support the work of our P3 and P4 pupils. The assembly hall was very well filled and we are sure that everyone enjoyed the presentation and singing. We were especially delighted to have two special visitors in attendance, Maureen who delivers the Roots of Empathy Programme in school and also Miss Leah Loane, our Roots of Empathy baby! All the boys and girls enjoyed sharing some of what we do in our class and we hope that everyone got to understand how much we are enjoying taking part in this project. Thank-you to all those who were able to take some time out of work to attend our class assembly. All families have received a little gift of a daffodil to take home and look after. You can enjoy watching it grow and develop, just as we are enjoying watching Leah grow and develop. Article 28 reminds us that Every child has a right to an education.
