This afternoon, Thursday 19th April was an ideal afternoon to be learning in the great outdoors! Mrs Moore and a willing group of boys and girls from P4-P7 were delighted to be working outside in the glorious heat and sunshine, As you can see from the photographs we were busy weeding, watering and planting. Well done to the pupils in Group 1, who planted lots of seeds. There are certainly lots of healthy green shoots appearing. Today we planted some onions and beans in the raised beds. Hopefully we will see some more growth and heat over the next few weeks and we will be able to transplant some of the young plants out of the green house. Katie and Rebecca helped to plant some flowers, while others weeded some of the raised beds. A great afternoon's work.
