Congratulations and extremely well done to each and every pupil in school who participated in our annual school concert. The night was a huge success and we were delighted to see Aughnacloy College packed with our friends and family. We know that the children really enjoyed performing for the audience and feedback from parents, grandparents and friends has been fantastic. Every pupil had a role to play and we feel that the concert was a fitting celebration of all the talented young people we have in our school. Thank-you to all the parents and friends who supported us on the night and in the lead up to the performance, through making up the hampers and also selling raffle squares and taking money on the door, your help is much appreciated. Congratulations to all of the lucky prize winners and also to Hannah (P7) who was awarded the Darren Morrison Cup for Music in recognition of the contribution she has made throughout her 7 years at Aughnacloy Primary School. We hope that you enjoy looking at the pictures of some 'behind the scenes' on the night and during rehearsals. It is not too late to order a copy of the performance on DVD. Please see Mr Mills before the end of this week. At present the amount raised through the Christmas concert stands at just over £3000. This is a fantastic sum, especially during these difficult times, so thank-you all for your support.
